At GreenoPromo, we strive to provide high-quality corporate gifting solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a specific refund policy in place to manage orders efficiently and maintain our commitment to timely delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Window: We offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order. During this time, if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at query@greenopromo.com with your order details. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the refund.

  • No Refunds After 24 Hours: Due to the customization and procurement processes involved in our products, we regret that we cannot offer refunds after 24 hours of order placement. Once the 24-hour window has passed, we begin the printing, customization, and procurement of materials, and often engage our courier partners for delivery preparations. At this stage, costs are already incurred, making cancellations and refunds not feasible.

Order Changes

  • If you need to make any changes to your order (such as product specifications, customization details, or delivery information) within the first 24 hours, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but any changes after this period may not be possible due to the progress of production.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will review your request, and if the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or credit as appropriate. To initiate this process, please send us detailed information and images of the damaged product at query@greenopromo.com.
